The gas tank is a steel sealed container. The gas tank is equipped with an input and output gas pipe port. The input pipe port is connected to the compressor exhaust port through a pipeline, and the output port is connected to the air supply pipe to provide pneumatic power for pneumatic tools. The gas tank is equipped with a safety valve and a drain valve.
After the compressor starts working, it starts to charge the air tank. When the pressure of the air tank reaches the rated pressure, the compressed air will open the air compressor regulating valve, close the unloading valve, and the air compressor will start to run without load, and the pressure of the air tank will no longer rise. When the pressure of the air tank is 0.05-0.1MPa lower than the rated pressure, the regulating valve will close, the unloading valve will open, the air compressor will enter load operation, and continue to input compressed air into the air tank. When the air tank is over-pressurized due to unexpected reasons, the safety valve will automatically open to release the gas and unload the excess compressed air into the atmosphere to ensure safety.
